I saw your request on Lily Dennis on the site today, from 9th May.
I do not know if you made any progress but I have found quite a lot about her.and her family.
The only item I cannot find is her registry of birth although I have found them for her siblings, including Albert, who you mentioned.
Marriage of Lily 1902. July/Sept. Qtr. reg in Brighton. vol 2b 529.
Copy of this certificate will give their ages, and their Father's names and occupations, along with Witnesses who may be siblings.

The ages for Henry and Mary Ann vary quite a bit and I think they maybe were not too literate. I can find entries back in the census records but cannot be sure without some of the certificates .
Hopefully marriage cert will show Father as Henry. (Maybe Henry Humphrey)

Marriage of a Henry Humphrey Dennis to Mary Ann Payne. 1869. Oct/Dec Qtr. reg in Sheppey. vol 2a 1238
I can find a birth of a Henry Kerslake Dennis 1847. July/Sept. Qtr. reg in Milton vol 5.384, but have not found one for Henry Humphrey yet. Worth keeping on hand until you get some confirmation of details.
Possibly copy of the birth certificate for Edward Humphrey and Albert Stephen to see if they have the same parents, and Mums maiden name
