I have a Herbert (or poss Albert) Goldstraw in my tree. He almost certainly came from the Merseyside area, maybe Liverpool. Born around 1880, died around 1940. He was my grandmother's, Ann Rice, second husband and almost certainly came from the Merseyside area, poss Liverpool. He was married before he married my grandmother & I believe he had a son by his first wife. Wonder if there is any connection with your family? |
