Re: Hall of Salford/Manchester. Information sought on family of WILLIAM HENRY HALL, b Manchester 1867, known siblings were Sarah b 1864, Frances b. 1868, Frances b.1868, Emma b.1870, Lydia b. 1872, Peter b. 1876, Silas b. 1880, Robert b. 1882, (possibly kia 1916). All children of William b. 1842 and Martha, nee Wilde b. 1843, married Manchester Cathedral, ?1860?. Census return of 1881 shows family resident at 2, Salmon Street, Manchester. No anecdotal history of these members of the family, own father William Hibbert, b 1905, never discussed Uncles and Aunts although living within two miles of the original family home until his marriage in 1932. Any information welcome. Ian Hall |
