Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 14 Send Message	MATTHEW SYDNEY HAMILTON 1904 was born in Santiago Chile,the son of a minining engineer James Hamilton ,possably from Hamilton/Moterwell areas?any one any info. then MATTHEW SYDNEY HAMILTON joined the Royal Navy from Chipping Norton Oxfordshire as a boy . and died in Hammersmith London 1942. His mother my have been a CATHERINE IRVINE, as MATHHEW SYDNEYS sister had the same name Catherine Irvine Hamilton, may have been passed down from there mother. thanks MAX HAMILTON look forward to ANY infoi would bevery greatful.
