I am trying to find any details of my Grandfather Samuel George Harrison he was born in the Grimsby area in the late 1800´s. all his family were in the fishing industry but as my grandfather got seasickj he became a farm worker travelling round Yorkshire and Lincolnshire finding work where he could. I beleive he had a brother John who emigrated to America sometime around 1912. He married a girl from north of the Humber and had 5 chilkdren Alice who died as a baby, Edna who died in 2004, Alice who died in about 1950, Samuel Robert my father who died in 2000, and Stanley who died in 1952. If anyone thinks that my Grandfather may be related to them please get in touch. |
