He had 5 brothers and 3 sisters: ALICE MAY HEDGES (BORN 1896 - BRISTOL) GEORGE WILLIAM HEDGES SAMUEL HEDGES ERNEST (ERNIE) HEDGES (BELIEVED TO BE FROM LONDON) ROBERT (BOB) HEDGES QUEENIE HEDGES PATCHENES PRUDENCE (PRUDY) HEDGES STANLEY HEDGES His father was GEORGE SMITH HEDGES (BORN 1873 - BRISTOL), who was married to PRUDENCE PATIENCE HEDGES (NEE WHITE) (BORN 1876 - SOMERSET, BISHOP SUTTON).
