trying to find info on a MR JOE OR JOSEPH HENDERSON (originally from STOCKTON-ON-TEES) - married NELLIE GITTINS (unsure of marriage date but circa 1934) and had 7 daughters:- MINNIE HENDERSON (who had a twin that died - KATHLEEN I think) JEANIE HENDERSON ROSIE HENDERSON KATHLEEN HENDERSON BRENDA HENDERSON JOSIE HENDERSON the HENDERSON'S lived in BIRMINGHAM (small heath, aston or bordesley area). JOSEPH had a son by another woman (MRS DEELEY) who we think lived not far away from from his family (above) and we think he may have been called JOE or JOSEPH DEELEY. it would be great if anyone could shed some light on my GRANDFATHER as he seems to be a man of mystery - something that has been passed on down through the genes and to my eldest brother. JOSEPH HENDERSON suffered with bad feet and did not take part in the 2nd World War!?! thanx - lisa l. lane |
