I am trying to find out the surname of my gt.grandmother, Elizabeth Henry. She was born c.1858/9 in Limehouse, London . She married my gt. grandfather William Henry (date/place unknown). He was born c.1854 in Bermondsey, London and worked as a cattle drover. In 1901 they lived in Brixton where Elizabeth ran a cafe. they had seven children, including my grandfather Thomas Henry, born c.1883. Any info about Elizabeth or William Henry much appreciated.

I doubt this is much help but at the top of our tree I have William Henry born 1850. He had William Henry born 1874 who married Florence Auburn. They had William Henry 1901, Florence 1905, Ivy 1907. Florence Auburn died in childbirth here but remarried (unknown) and they had Bessie, Nora, Lily and Ernie.
They were all born in Bermondsey! Could be distantly related.

If you get your grandfather birth cert it will tell you his mothers maiden name.
