My maternal great grand mother was Sarah Hindmarch and she married William Shand and I believe they lived in Hebburn, Durham. They had daughters named Susannah,(my Nana) Peggy, Hannah,& Henrietta (etty). I think there were other daughters but Im not sure. I would be greatfull for any information on the name Hindmarch. There seems to have been quite a few people in the north of England with the name. |
