I am trying to find any living relatives of JOHN LEE HOWARD who I think was born in Epworth Lincs sometime between 1799 and 1806, but probably nearer to 1806, his Mother was called ELIZABETH HOWARD, my relation and his mother were not married, my relation was not buried in the family grave at Epworth but was buried at Alforton (according to gravestone, in those days spelling was not always correct and this could have been Alfreton Derbs as i dont know of an Alforton,) the assumption is that not being married at that time they were sent away from their own area, this may/may not be correct, however the Father to JOHN LEE HOWARD was called JOHN LEE and died in 1806 aged 21 yrs, JOHN LEE HOWARD received a legacy of £100 (a substantial sum in those days) from his G/father(who is also my GGGGfather) upon reaching the age of 21 yrs. any help in tracing the Howard branch of the family would be appreciated
