Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY GRANDDAD PATRICK JAMES HOWE. THE ONLY IMFORMATION WE HAVE IS, HE WAS BORN IN THE STAFFORDSHIRE AREA IN JANUARY 1910. HE WAS ONE OF NINE AND ORPHANED AT AN EARLY AGE, THE ORPHANAGE HE WENT TO WAS IN CHORLTON CUM HARDY MANCHESTER. PATRICK MARRIED MY GRAN MARGARET KELLY FROM IRELAND, UNSURE OF THE DATE. SHE WAS BORN IN JULY 1908. THEY HAD TWO CHILDREN PATRICIA AND MICHEAL AND MOVED TO VARIOUS AREAS IN THE SOUTH, FINALLY SETTLING IN THE PORLOCK AREA OF MINEHEAD SOMERSET.
