Has anyone come across James Hudson cannot find birth and not any cencus I know he went to India appx 1875 and stayed for 21 years on his return he married Florence Amelia Neate and settled in Weston Super Mare, his name appears on the 1901 Cencus and gives his birth place as Headingley, Leeds, his mother was present on his death and gives her name as Emily Stainforth, Emily was married in 1859, and the children followed at appx l year intervals When Emily died in 1912 she was buried with James and the inscripton on the grave reads that James was her eldest son, Emilys eldest son was Edmund Stainforth who disappeared about 1871 change of name?? any help very much appreciated BRICK WALL!! |
