I cannot find William Richard Hyde's born 1936 father or mother ect can anyone help please.

do you know their names? do you have his birth cert?
do you have the ref to look up his birth

I have got a record of an Albert John Hyde born 10.3.1903 died April 1996 but the family insist his name was Alfred he was 94 years when he died and this was in April 1996 his wifes name was Annie L Howard died 1977 or 1976 can find no records. They tell me his fathers name was Richard?
