Trying to find Hynds

hi, i am trying to find any info on my fathers side. his name is Ronald Hynds, he was born in march 1920 he was given his mothers name whom was Mary Hynds all i know about his father is he may have been a soilder based at edinburgh, he may not even have known that Mary had his son. My fathers Grandparents on his mothers side were Ronald and Elizabeth not sure if they had any more children. My fathers mother died not long after he was born and he was then brought up with a family called Queen or Quin and was then known as Ronnie Queen or Quin until the age of 17, he then reverted back to Hynds. place that he has stayed are Larbert, Shotts and Slamannan. Can any one out there HELP. Thanks Irene |
