trying to find any info on George Johnson born c 1848 Helmsley, Yorkshire..married to Mary Morton born c 1835.Thornley Co. Durham. Mary had 4 children father unknown before their marriage. George & Ann had 3 children together, Betty c 1867, Esther c 1872 & John c 1878
anyone have any infomation?

I forgot to put in the area, which was as far as I know Helmsley Nth Yorkkshire for George & Penshaw ot Thornley, Co. Durham for Mary.
Thanks June I do believe you may have found the right info for me as the names all seem to tie in to those in my tree.& the 11 Collingwood st. does as well.
