tring to find info on arthur ernest jones, he married agnes and had 8 children, lived in wrexham and then moved to bristol. arthur died in 1977 agnes is still alive.They had a daughter called karen that died aged 5 1/2 mths. Can anyone help |

Hi yes he either died in Bristol or Weston-Super-Mare, his children were helen, susan, annette, michelle,(jane), arthur, Denise, Patricia (my mum) |

There is a Marriage of an Arthur E Jones to an Agnes Jones at Wrexham St Giles in 1948.Its a bit of a needle in a haystack touch,but would this fit with the age of their eldest child? |

Hi yes they got married june 1948 26th i think, patricia was the eldest and she was born 12th may 1949, |

Yes I would say it is almost certainly the Marriage.I'll tell you what I'll do with you.When I go to the Rhosymedre Resource Centre of Clwyd FHS tomorrow,I will look up the Marriage in what is known as the Hayes Marriage Index,and will let you know Arthur Ernest and Agnes's Father's names. |

I managed to get the Fathers of Arthur Ernest and Agnes,from the Hayes Marriage Index at Clwyd FHS.Arthur Ernest's Father is given as Frank Edward Jones,and Agnes's Father is given as Robert Jones. |
