I am looking for family of Louisa Knuckey, born c 1814 in Cornwall. She married a William Anthony Phillips Rowe. They had a daughter Louisa. They migrated to Australia. Louisa married Nicholas Clift and is buried in Broken Hill in Australia. William Anthony Phillips Rowe remarried a second time to Mary Andrewartha or trewartha who also came from Cornwall.

Hi,
Louisa Knuckey is part of my husbands family tree, which is not on here in any detail. I am not at home so cannot remember all the information for you.
Nicholas Clift was the son of John Clift who emigrated from Dittisham in Devon. My husband's great-grandfather was his older brother John.
Seeing as this post is quite old maybe you have had some information already. I will look up what I have when I get home to South Aust. in about 3 weeks.

I would love to hear from you as I am a 3x granddaughter of John and Eleanor (Gidley) Clift. So any info you have would be of help.I look forward to hearing from you and especially if you have anything on Nicholas and Louisa (Rowe) Clift.
