Trying to find Loney

I am researching the Loney side of my family. I am interested in the fact that there are many Loneys listed in Australia. Two of my relatives emigrated to Australia at some time in the 20th century. They were Emily Jane Loney born 1859 in Wellington Somerset and her nephew Sidney Thomas Loney born 1881 in Eltham London and his wife Edith Mary Haddon born 1885 in Wellington Somerset. This is just a long shot to see if any of their descendants are out there!

Hi Gillian,
My grandfather and great garndfather were loney as was my mother. They originaly settled in New Zealand but my grandfather (george Francis moved to Adelaide during or just after the war. He worked for the ANZ bank and retired in Melbourne and died 1979. Maybe of some help
Kind regards
