My mother was born Margaret Alice Malone in Clayton, Manchester in 1907.Her parents were Michael John Malone and Margaret Ann, nee Cawley. Margaret had a sister Mary and a brother Peter who had two sons Peter and Jack Malone who were born in Ashton -u- Lyne. I would like to hear from any Malones or Cawleys who may be connected. |

Hi there I wonder whether you have come across any Malone's who came from Ireland early/mid 1800's to Manchester? In particular I am interested in the Mary Ann Malone who married Owen Boden/Bowden at Manchester Cathedral in 1847. She was daughter of William Malone, a 'Salesman' living in Manchester but originally from Ireland. |
