Please help me find information on Richard Mantel

Trying to find any information on Richard Mantell. He Had twins Harry and Annie (Nancy)Mantell ,with my great Grandmother Harriet late Chadwick nee Skeet. Born1878 Penge, Surrey.
My mother thinks he was from the London area.I know he was in WW1 and belonged to the South Wales Borderers.
Unfortunately I don't have a lot to go on, apart from a couple of photos

Have been told they got married.But don't know when.
Harriet s first husband left for australia with their four children in 1912/1913 leaving Harriet behind due to illness.
Don't know if they got divorced.
So if Richard and Harriet did get married it might have been between 1913 -1916.

I have the birth certificate for Harry Mantell.

Born 18th dec 1916 Father Richard Mantell
Occupation Private 9678 South Wales Borderers.( blacksmiths striker)
