MARKLAND. Am tring to locate my mothers half sisters. Though their names weren't Markland. My G'Mother Mary Anne Unsworth married Joseph Markland at St Marks Church Pemberton Wigan in 1913.[They had one child in the same yr who is my mother]On divorcing her husand she remarried and lived in Pemberton Wigan. I don't know the new surname of her mum but know that she and her new husband had 3 daughters.Louie, Bettty but don't know the name of the 3rd. Betty married a Reynolds + had a daughter Ann.[ She will be about in her 50's now]They also lived in Pemberton [Billinge Rd area] Louie and her husband had a daughter Dorothy who trained to be a nurse in Wigan.By now I should imagine that Dorothy will be retired.? living in Wales |
