ANNIE MCCURLEY was my great grandmother. I THINK she was born approx 1889 but I'm not certain. She died aged 33 in Ireland. Her sisters were Kate, Edith, Rose (a teacher at St Marys School - don't know which town though - who later emigrated to America), Claire (died aged 17 of TB), Mary and Alice (born in Lanchester, County Durham 1895). Three of her brothers were John, James and Patric but there were another 2. Annie married James Bennett and they lived in Tyneside/Durham area. Any info on any related McCurleys is greatly appreciated. |
