Hello, am trying to find information on Thomas Moore born approximately 1860. He is shown as 'of Liverpool' on some documents that I have but I believe that he actually had Irish connections. He possibly came from Ireland to Liverpool. There is a possibility that he was in the Navy. He married Sarah Boardman around 1881 and she possibly originated from Macclesfield, Cheshire. They lived for a short time in Nantwich/Sandbach, Cheshire and that is where their first child, Hannah was born in 1886. They had a son, also Thomas, in Macclesfield in 1892. He died aged 9 in 1901. Thomas Moore Snr died some time after 1892 but before 1901 as Sarah, his wife is shown as a widow, living in Bunker Hill, Macclesfield at the time of the census. Sarah died in the early 1900's and their daughter, Hannah went on to marry Tom Booth Pyatt of Macclesfield in 1909. Can anyone shed ANY light whatsoever? I should be eternally grateful. |
