Yes this is him. I have information on him from 1861 but so many John Nuttalls prior to this that I am having problems. We think he had a brother called Richard.

Thanks looking into this but in the family bible Solinas year of birth is 1833 and marriage 1853.

If the children were born out of wedlock the family Bible probably wouldn't say this and the year of marriage would be roughly the first childs DOB............. I wouldn't believe everything that family has passed down as so often this has been proved wrong.

Selina Flitcroft is an unusual name and I doubt very much that there are 2 of them marrying a John Nuttall.
