Annemarie Wood - 23 October 2004 Trying to find Angela O'Brien born in hospital in Dublin on 16 March 1946, address on birth certificate was Patrick Street. one of twins , other child's name Patricia. Brought over to England to the Rossendale area of Lancashire possibly within the month of birth. Birth Mothers name was Mary O' Brien (maiden name of Dunne) Fathers name on birth certificate was Lawrence O'Brien, labourer. Not sure of dates of twins adoption . Do not have any information of which agency did the adoption could possibly be Catholic Childrens Rescue Society in Didsbury. Have contacted NORCAP but they have no details. Angela has a half sister who is was seven years old at the time of the twins birth. Would be grateful of any information at all, confidentiality will be assured if requested. thank you Annemarie |
