Looking for any Olives with Hammersmith connection. My gt gt gt grandfather , James Edward Olive was born in Hammersmith c. 1825. He married Sarah Mack in 1857. They had several children - their eldest daughter was called Elizabeth Olive. Tehir next daughter was my gt gt grandmother Catherine Olive born Hammersmith 1860.Her brothers were called William Henry Olive, born c. 1865. and john Olive, born about 1870.William Henry Olive was married to Annie Lye, and worked on the railway. They had at least two children, Sarah Jayne Olive , born c. 1891 (married Thomas/Alfred Eden, died c.1969 ) and William Henry Olive. Contact with any Olives with London - particularly West London connections would be welcome.
