My aunt has found the name Sarah Page, dated 1874 written in a Bible. I know this is a very long shot but does anyone know if she was in any way related to a William Siggs (born 1878) who was born in Framfield or Lewes in Sussex and had one child - William Everard Siggs in 1904? We originally thought the elder William Siggs was married to a Maria Ann Barnett, who came from Retford but we have been unable to find any trace of Maria Ann Barnett. Is it possible that William Siggs married a Maria Page (born in Watnall Nottingham in about 1875)? |
