Member Since: October 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	Looking for descendants of brothers or sisters of Arthur Cecil Palmer, of 42 Harrowgate Street, Wandsworth, London. He was born in London in c1891, and emigrated to South Africa (with the BSAP) in the mid-1900s. He had a brother Eric (and/or perhaps Albert), and a sister Florence who also came to SA and married one Clements, who won a Victoria Cross during the Boer war. He apparently also had another sister who remained in the UK.
