MY GREAT GRAND FATHER - WILLIAM FRANK PARKER WAS PLACED IN BARNADOS CHILDRENS HOME IN SOUTHAMPTON AS A CHILD. HE WENT ON TO MARRY ELIZABETH ANN PYLE FROM SOUTH WALES AND HAD CHILDREN BY THE NAMES OF fRANK, TOMMY NEVILLE AND GWENVILLE. WE BELIEVE THAT THE FAMILY NAME WAS CHANGED TO PARKER FROM PORTACERI OR DEPARCUS - NOT SURE OF THE SPELLING! IF ANY ONE CAN HELP WITH INFORMATION ON THE DR BANADOS CHILDRENS HOME IN SOUTHHAMPTON PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
