England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index: 1837-1983 about Mary Ellen Parkinson Name: Mary Ellen Parkinson Year of Registration: 1886 Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec District: Skipton County: Yorkshire - West Riding Volume: 9a Page: 43 Just checked where Barnsley was, and Dewsbury is only about 10 miles away, so it is the more likely option.
