Looking for information on a Maria Roberts from Wales who married William Whittle.They were born about 1815.and were my gt gt grandparents.

Hello Joan,
Thanks very much for looking up for me .
William Whittle came from Lancashire,not Dorset,so I think that the 1841 from Salfords is my family.Only thing is that Maria was Welsh and wasn't born in Lancs.
My gt grandad John was born in 1837 so the time is about right.Most of the Whittles worked for the railways and most became engine drivers.
