Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hello There, I am trying to trace some information on my G G Grandfather, Richard Hopwood RUTHERFORD. He was apparently born c.1827 in Hereford. He married Mary DOCHERTY (b. 1843, Paisley, Scotland) in Dunedin, New Zealand. They moved to the Australian goldfields and had five children (Henry, Richard Hopwood, Emily, Charles George, and Francis Edward). He was apparently a law clerk by profession. I have no details of his death, nor can I find any details about his birth or his parents. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Troy Warmington [email protected]
