I am trying to find the path to the birth certificate of Alice Skeggs (born c1864 in Wandsworth) to James (deceased) & Mary(Speakes)Skeggs. I have located her whereabouts in Censuses of 71, 81, 91, 1901 and have her death certificate of 1950. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
