my mother was a speight. She is muriel, she also has a sister and brother, jean and James, we are out of contact with both my mother and her sister due to family problems, still looking for my auntie and her son Chris(roberts) and daughter francine though! Her Father was a jack speight and her mother was Margaret ramage, origianally from scotland, and moved to Durham with her family when she was quite young. She was one of 13. Not alot is known in my family about her husband, he did have a brother. Muriel was born 1935, jean about 2 years prior and her brother was born approximatly in 1937/8.
