Trying to find Spooner

I have an old Bible with names from the Buxton, Derbyshire area. Spooners date from 1861 but at some stage married into the Longden family for which I have several names from 1785-1833 My Grandmother was born a Spooner(Sarah Ann) in 1873, but I have a sampler she made when she was eleven with Longden as her surname. I also have a sampler from Mary Spooner dated 1843 (born 1833) but in the Bible record was born a Longden!! (who I assume was Sarah Ann's mother.) Has anyone got any information about Spooners and Longdens in the Buxton area who could help me solve this mystery?
