Member Since: February 2005 Posts: 0 Send Message	Any information known about the Stringers who lived and worked a farm in or near Woodstock in Oxfordshire (possibly Bladon) in the middle to late 1880s. The eldest son (born 1888) was known as Bill, but whether or not this was his correct given name is not known. Joined the Gloucesters in 1914 and in 1918 moved to Gravesend in Kent; died in July 1957
