Trying to find Summers

I am trying to trace James William Summers, Born after 1881 at the Brown Lion Inn in Tipton, Staffordshire. Parents were William Summers and Hannah Whitehouse. James was killed during WW1 in about 1917. Unfortunatly i don't know his regement. |

you don't need his regiment try a search at National Archives (ww1 or medals awarded) I found my farther just by his name and a bit of intuition |
