Hi my name is john and i'm trying to find my real father. I don't have much to go on as my mother doesn't remember much. My mothers name at the time was Edna Thayre. All she can remember is that this man told her to name me after him, so i assume his first name is JOHN. I don't know his surname although he was about 5ft 9 and had dark hair at the time. He worked at Alexandra Sloames Shop in St James Street, Brighton, East Sussex in 1957/58/59. He was about 28 yrs old at the time. We think he was born about 1932. He would be around 73 yrs old now. Please can anyone help? Do you remember the shop even back then? Or remember him? |
