If you are hoping for siblings then you are not going to find them on the bmd records, you can check freebmd for yourself.
This is the GRO reference for your Williams birth

William John Long
Year of Registration: 1907
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
District: Stepney (To 1921)
County: London, Middlesex
Volume: 1c
Page: 366

Unfortunately at this time no mothers maiden name is given on the GRO reference, that didn't start until later.
Just putting Long and Stepney gives at least 20 Long births from 1904 to 1910 alone.

The only way you will find siblings is to go to the records office which covers this area and find the baptism in the church records. If you sit and look through the records you will then be able to spot any siblings, assuming of course that they stayed in the same area. These records are not available on line.

If you buy the marriage certificate, this will then give you the fathers names, so it will be possible to find both great grandparents with their families on the 1901 census and backwards. You could try looking for them without the certificate, but unless you have the parents names, you can not be sure that you are following the correct line backwards

When did she marry? The latest census available is 1901.

Check on freebmd for the marriage and buy the cert for £7 from GRO which will give you a further generation back.
