can you please look up for me a family of Rushbys.in the 1901 census
I don't have a lot to go on but in 1912 the immigrated to Australia & the passenger list give not much away at all

Mast A 4 I have found that this one is call Authur Joseph Rushby born 31.1.1908 Camberwell Surrey UK
I have not much else

This looks like Arthur's birth registration - the cert would give both parents full names. From the age of the children they may not have been married in 1901.

Possible birth for Mast E 1month

Interestingly, Mary's brother Jno Joseph DIGNAM also died in Vic (1973 aged 82 in Footscray, Melbourne). I think he married Irene Victoria ROBERTS in 1918 (reg 8588).

Mast G aged 3 looks like George RUSHBY, born London 23 Apr 1909, enlisted AIF WWII, next of kin Daisy. Geo married Daisy Elizabeth MYERS in 1933/4773.

In 1932, when still single Geo enlisted for service and his next of kin was father Robert RUSHBY of 8 Kerford Rd HAMPTON (also Geo's address). Geo's occupation was builder.

His brother Stanley John (b. 1914) also enlisted for miltary service in 1932; same address; occupation labourer. You can check these out yourself at www*naa*gov*au/collection/recordsearch.aspx

I wonder if Miss J is actually Miss I? The only 'odd one out' in the Rushby marriages is an Ivy Lillian who married John Thos GASDEN in 1928 (reg 8560).
