I have recently started doing some family research into the DANE family which I believe originates from Ireland. My Grandmother on my mother's side is Margaret Rebecca DANE, her father is James DANE - married to Elizabeth Anne DANE (CLUNEY). I have found information that James DANE's parents are a Robert DANE - born in Ballnamallard, Ireland, and Margaret Rebecca DANE (WEST) - born in Enniskillen, Ireland. This is where my search has ended as information seems to be very limited, I cannot find any kind of record of these people to prove this find, so any help/information that anyone can offer would be much appreciated. |
