Gladys Morton born Stapleton Bristol 01-09-1907.
Anyway of finding a date of death (assuming she has passed on).
Found the same name 2002 in Bath but I dont think it is the same person, any advice?

Did she marry? If you don't know, then the only way is to look for a marriage for her, going through the GRO index quarter by quarter, and then look for her death the same way, unless she died after 1982 then they are indexed on Ancestry.

I would suggest you begin to look at marriages assuming she got married at the age of 20--begin looking for the period of abt. 1925+. Women usually got married around the age of 20. Do you have a middle name for Gladys?

Thanks for advice and info.
I should have said Gladys Morton (1907 Bristol) had no middle name and I know was not married before 1942.
The only death I can find took place in Bath in 2002 but none in Bristol.Regards
