Where is Jane from on the census?

Libby I don't think there is an easy way if her name has not yet been transcribed onto FreeBMD as this is the only place that does cross-reference.

You could apply for the cert with a ref check of wife's name as Jane, then if it is not the right one they won't send the cert but only charge you £3.

The only other way is to send for a birth cert of a child if they had any.

Hi,

I wonder if some kind soul can tell me how to find the missing bride as I am sure Thomas Morgan married a Jane and there seems to be someone missing from the list.
