Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 2 Send Message	Trying to find a link between Spurr and Thompson family lines of sheffield. Hiram Spurr 1796, Benjamin Spurr 1797,Mary 1798, Augusta Matilda 1800, Orlando 1805, Thomas 1802, Edwin 1803. All children of Hiram Spurr and Mary Bamford married 1792, baptised mainly in rotherham but came to live in sheffield. Hiram (elder) was son of Thomas Spurr, probably of rotherham. If you have any of these people in your tree and can share any history or help then please contact me. The families were in law and printing trades.
