I'm looking for a MARY YOUNG probably born in Bristol 1913 +.

She had a brother HERBERT YOUNG who was killed in the Normandy landings in WW2.....so I was told by the granddaughter of one of Lydia's sisters,

Parents ERNEST H YOUNG & LYDIA DAVIS.

LYDIA was my Dad's aunty...as a child he used to call her "Nellie with a wooden belly"!

My Dad was born in 1920 and grew up in Bristol, so I asssume that the Young family were living there too.

My Grandma, Sarah Slade nee Davis, had a hat shop called "Madam Slade's" on the corner of Union Street in the Centre of Bristol.

Ring anybody's bells.....with anybody???
