Her husband was Albert Proctor Coulson born in Leeds in 1867/8. Kate/Katie is listed in the 1901 census as having been born in Hackney.

Again in the 1901 census the family live in Armley
Children Clifford 1890
Elsie 1892
Elizabeth 1894
Fanny 1897
Sam 1899
all born Bramley
As there are other Coulson children born in Bramley around that time it would be difficult to say if Katie was the mother of any other children.
Alfred was born 1867 and his wife is the same age as him in both census so perhaps that is the year she was born. Interesting enough there is a Kate Roberts born at Bramley 1867.

Kate Roberts was my g grandmother. She was born in Hackney around 1868. I have her marriage certificate which says she is 20 in 1888. She married Albert Coulson in Leeds. One of the witnesses was Albert Roberts - could be a brother. Dad is called Thomas and is a labourer. She died in 1921. She had 10 children - I can only trace 8. I am trying to find her date of birth and family details
