Hello Lewella,

Thanks for your message, i have looked at this George Hopkinson christen 11 Jan 1829 Bilsthorpe as i though his father may have worked in Bilsthorpe as he travelled about alot as a Game Keeper, i know that this George parents were a George and Sarah but someone has told me that this Sarah was a Sarah Randell b1811 Ollerton and not Sarah Chappell,
so i am still very confused.
Dont know where to go next to find him.
I think hes the George age 14 with Ann Woods at a farm in Bevercote near West Markham in 1841, but can not find his parents in 1841.

My George Hopkinson b1828 Bevercote Nottinghamshire is my Great Great Grandfather, i know his father was called George by marriage cert i have.
I think his father is George Hopkinson b1802 Grapwell Derbyshire and his wife maybe Sarah Chappel born around 1803 Weston Notts, both Georges are Game Keepers and ended up living in Hertfordshire, but i can not prove i have the right family.

Is there anyone out there who may connect or can prove to me i have the right family connection as i find my George b1828 age 14 working in Bevercote without his parents in 1841. ?
