Edmund John Taylor - my g grandfather - died on 01/11/1927 in Church Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham. How can I look up the address for this time to find out who was also living there?

Have you bought the death certificate? That would give you the informants name. Otherwise the electoral roll may help - try contacting the main library nearest the event.

Thanks for your replies.

Heather I have the death certificate and L.K.Taylor (daughter) was present at the death but I thought she had married someone called Court.

Ann I do not have a house number, the address reads Church Road, Perry Barr, UD (Sub district of Handsworth) (County of Birmingham)
