	Have you bought the death certificate? That would give you the informants name. Otherwise the electoral roll may help - try contacting the main library nearest the event.

	gillian, do you have a house number for the address in Church Road? Was that the parish (Perry Barr) Ann H

Heather I have the death certificate and L.K.Taylor (daughter) was present at the death but I thought she had married someone called Court. Ann I do not have a house number, the address reads Church Road, Perry Barr, UD (Sub district of Handsworth) (County of Birmingham) Gillian
