Find Ancestors

I am looking for a marriage between Edith Gray and James ( or Percy) Beverley. The marraige would have taken place after 1910 and would have been in Lincoln. She is definately married by 1959

The othe marriage I am looking for is for Mary Gray who married a MR Camm. Again I think it would have been in Lincolnshire and would have taken place after 1905.

I found out about these marriages from their Fathers Obituary dated 26th Mar 1959.

I know this is a long shot but I have tried FreeBMd with no luck. Thanks for your help

when were Edith and Mary born and where?

Mary was born 1890 in Leeds . Mary is the only sister of Charles GRay that I havent got a marriage for, so it is a guess she married someone by the name of Camm. In the orbituary it says "Mrs E Camm (sister)

Edith was born 1896 Frodingham Lincolnshire. I found a possible marriage for her in the parish records but unfortunately didn't not the date. This was to a James Beverley. In the orbituary for her father it gives "Mr and Mrs P Beverley ( Brother in law and sister)" So I guess she did mary someone by the name of Bererley but not sure when.

Hi JIm I think it is just a coincidence. Edith is definately with Perce Beverley in the orbituary. Oh well it looks like I will just have to plan in a visit to Lincolnshire and find the parish record again.

for your record, I have only looked to end of 1930.

1925 Q4 is missing from Ancestry
1929 Q4 has corrupt index so can not search.

I can find nothing in the index for 1925 and 1929. I am using findmypast which has clear index for those qtrs.
