I've looked several times at Kevin's site. I have copies of part of my grandfather's records. It's the pension record that I would like to see. We know he didn't get a pension from the Boer war, so he must have got it from WW1. I don't know how easy it would be without a regiment to go on though, even though I have the reference number for his pension. |

In that case, if his record survives, it will be on Ancestry. The only WW1 pension info is with service records. There is a possiblility that his service records may still be at Kew, i.e. even though he got a pension he might have records in the other series still at Kew. |
